• Shipping Policy: Deadlines
All of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Europe and Asia.
We ship your purchase within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. The average delivery time for your product is 7-12 business days, with a maximum delivery time of up to 20 business days. (Not counting holidays and weekends).
We provide a tracking code so that customers can track the progress of their order on the postal service website.
Please note: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, etc., situations beyond our control.
• Tracking code
The tracking code will be sent to the customer’s email within 4-10 business days, and can be tracked in real time from the time of shipment to the time of delivery.
The information on the tracking code may take between 1 and 5 business days after the tracking code information is entered into the system.
• Delivery problems
I did not receive all the products
Purchases with more than one product may be sent in more than one package, but they will all have a tracking code. So, rest assured, if you receive a package and there are missing products; they will arrive in another shipment that should already be in transit.
